Background Check Investigator:

Background Check Investigators will handle outbound calls to verify employment history, references, and degree verifications. All information will need to be entered in a clear and concise report, following all company standards and FCRA reporting rules.

Criminal Investigator:

Criminal Investigators conduct county searches, social security verification, DMV license verifications, and criminal history searches. During the course of investigation, Investigators will need to contact county and city courts to verify records found on an Alias Search or ask questions about a case. Must be able to read sensitive material.

Drug Test Collector:

Drug Test Collectors provide proper setup, transportation, preservation and documentation for all samples received. Collectors will be asked to provide information to clients regarding laboratory procedures and collection. Some travel to various clinics/employment locations will be required.

Fraud Investigators

Fraud Investigators will research all exclusions or sanctions using federal or state websites and information provided by the client to clear or confirm hits. Investigators will also need to write up discipline or exclusion reports and provide all information to the client in a professional and courteous manner. Must be able to read sensitive material.
