Vendor Registration & Portal Access
Our Vendor Management Portal is a fully customizable solution for vendor credentialing, access to facilities, badging, and sanction screening compliance. Â
As our client, you have the ability to set the credentialing rules! Â
Our investigative team will work with the vendor to obtain all necessary prerequisites to gain access to your facilities. If the vendor does not meet your requirements, access will be denied.
Vendor Registration & Portal Access
Each vendor will register for their own account and complete an application disclosing details about their organization and purpose for doing business with your company. The application process is available through a secure URL 24/7. The information provided will aid our team in completing a credentialing profile on each vendor company. If the vendor meets your specifications for doing business with your organization, the vendor company becomes approved.    Â
 Vendor representatives can also be credentialed on an individual basis through the same portal! We offer a full menu of credentialing services: background checks, drug testing, immunizations, titers, TB Testing, Hep B, MMR, etc. You design the packages for credentialing and our Investigative team will ensure compliance prior to issuing approval to access your facilities.Â
 We offer vendor self-pay options or volume-based pricing for your organization. Our pricing model is flexible to fit your needs.

About Our Online Customer Portal
Security
As the nature of vendor security continues to evolve, businesses must adapt and evolve with systems that support this new paradigm. Implementing an effective vendor ID badge system is a critical step in ensuring that your facilities remain secure, efficient, and restrict entry to only authorized personnel. Only approved vendors who have been credentialed to your specifications will gain access to your facilities.Â
 Our program will send real time data to Security Personnel within your facilities as a verification of all vendors approved to access sites. Security Personnel will receive a picture of each vendor and the purpose of the on-site visit. Â
 Each approved vendor, who has completed the credentialing process will use our program to request a digital ID badge. The digital ID Badge will include a photo of the vendor, company name, and expiration of the entry into any facility.

Our digital ID badging process eliminates the possibility of fake ID badges or claims to be credentialed when they have not.Â
Compliance
There are serious consequences for healthcare
organizations that employ or contract with an excluded individual or entities
to provide items or services payable by federal healthcare programs. No federal
healthcare payer, such as CMS, will pay for any service or item provided
directly or indirectly by an OIG-excluded person or entity. Further, healthcare
organizations are liable for monitoring exclusions.

Noncompliance with the OIG can occur whether the healthcare organization knew or should have known about the exclusion, and whether the excluded
individual physically accessed the facility or not. This means even
unintentional violations must be reported timely to the OIG and funding repaid
to the federal program. Reports show NON vendor credentialing indicates more
violations than providers.

When you use our Vendor Management Portal, both vendor reps and vendor companies will be screened monthly through our OIG Compliance NOW software. Â If any vendors are excluded from participating in federal programs, your Supply Chain Management team will be notified immediately.
