Each operator of a healthcare facility, residential health care facility, licensed home care services agency, certified home health agency, long-term home health care program, personal care services agency or AIDS home care program shall not hire or utilize the prospective employee if the criminal history record check reveals a conviction for any healthcare disqualifying criminal offenses. Evolution Consulting, LLC, maintains a state by state EDL directory. Our organization is not web based, our personnel complete actual investigations on each applicant.
